*Member rates – To qualify for member rates, you must be a member of IFSO. Your membership status will be verified upon registration.

**Day registration – Delegates can only purchase ONE day registration. If more than one day registration is required, then a FULL registration must be purchased.

***Student registration – The Student Rate applies to those who are a full-time student at the time of the Congress or have a student card valid in 2025. Students are those studying in an entry level education University program. A valid document, i.e., student card or letters issued by the school/university/institution must accompany the student registration and must be uploaded when registering.

Registration Cancellation Policy:

Note: in case of cancellation at any stage, Bank transfer handling fee (30 USD) will not be refunded (applicable to Bank Transfer payments only)

All cancellations must be faxed or electronically mailed. Refund of the registration fee will be as follows:

• Cancellations received up and including 18 June, 2025: full refund. 
• Cancellations received between 19 June, until 12 August, 2025: 50% refund.
• Cancellations received from 13 August, 2025: no refund.
