Thank you for presenting at the XXVIII IFSO World Congress 2025 in Santiago, Chile.
This page is designed to prepare you for your presentation at IFSO 2025. Please visit the page regularly for updates on technical requirements, deadlines, and general information.
The scientific program can be viewed here.
Video presenters whose video abstracts were selected for presentation in the Free Video sessions are kindly requested to review the guidelines below in preparation for their session.
VIDEO PRESENTATIONS
- You do not need to email/upload your video presentation prior to the congress. Please deliver the video on flash memory or hard disk with unlimited space, and one of the technicians in the Speakers’ Ready Room will assist as soon as you arrive at the Venue, and at least 2 hours before the start of the session.
- Videos may be played muted during the session, and presenters are requested to narrate them live.
VIDEO LIVE NARRATION
Video presenters should not prepare PPT slides. Instead, they are requested to:
- Attend their session onsite.
- Come on stage when called, introduce yourself, and state your conflicts of interest if you have any. If not, please state “I have no conflicts to
disclose”. - Narrate the video live while it is playing on the screen.
- The video will be started and operated by the onsite technicians.
- The video will be muted to allow interactive live narration.
- Participate in a short Q&A after the video, which will be moderated by the session chairs.
IMPORTANT – CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURE
Please note that, as per the CME accreditation requirements, it is mandatory to disclose your conflict of interest at the beginning of your presentation.
